An opportunity has become available for a Dynamics Developer to join our Business Delivery team within ADF Health Services on a permanent, full time basis based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide office locations when not working from home.

As the Dynamics Developer you will enhance and optimise processes through enabling efficient workflow and decision-making. Reporting to the Head of Delivery Governance you will be a proactive problem-solver that is able to combine business acumen with technical skills to design and build solutions for multiple business initiatives to set timelines and levels of quality in a fast-paced, complex environment.

How will I help?

Key accountabilities include:

  • Drive business outcomes through data quality and integrity.
  • Deliver data and system changes to support Bupa ADF Health Services’ integration, provider platform and, analytics platform.
  • Work closely with Product Owner and business stakeholders to scope and initiate new work items.
  • Design and build solutions to agreed project scope within required timeframe, cost & quality constraints.
  • Ensure agreed business outcomes are delivered with full business engagement.
  • Effectively manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
  • Provide high quality weekly status reports.
  • Work closely with the key stakeholders to ensure projects are initiated, executed, deployed and closed effectively and efficiently while following development and deployment governance standards.
  • Develop trusted relationships with the business stakeholders, contractors, IS and sponsors for all work.

What do I need?

  • 3-5+ years Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and CRM data model design
  • Strong experience coding in C# .NET, .NET Standard and .NET Core
  • Strong experience working with XRM Toolbox
  • Strong experience working with Windows Services
  • Strong experience working with Azure DevOps and Pipelines
  • Advanced SQL knowledge including experience working with MSSQL
  • Experience working with Azure AD
  • Strong analytical skills working with unstructured datasets
  • Ability to identify, design, develop and implement creative technical solutions to solve operational or commercial challenges
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders to provide advice, guidance and updates
  • This is a Security Cleared Position. The occupant must be an Australian Citizen and must be eligible to obtain and uphold a Baseline Security Clearance.

Additionally, Bupa also provide a Veterans & Families Counselling service for veterans and their families through the Open Arms programme.
