An exciting, Permanent opportunity has become available for a Senior Digital Data Specialist. This opportunity is available for candidates located in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane.

The purpose of the Digital Data Specialist role is to lead and implement good practice in the digital data instrumentation of Bupa digital estate. 

You will work within the Digital Insights team in translating requirements into action. You will maintain and extend the digital data layer so that it is coherent, transparent and consumable; and ensure that digital data capture is consistent over time to enable digital metrics tracking and trending. You’ll provide technical support and advice in CRO & Personalisation program and Insights Driven Optimisation for website. 

The incumbent should be able to synthesize the work of multiple team members into a cohesive result and can translate the complexity of online and offline data into clearly articulated management and executive communications.

What do I need?

• Tertiary qualification in business/statistics/analytical or related discipline 
• 3 years’ experience in a Digital Data Specialist or similar role with experience in Marketing Tag implementation and running multivariate test for insight based optimisation 
• Experience setting up tags using Enterprise Tag Management Solutions such as Tealium, Google Tag Manager or Ensighten 
• Tealium, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target or other tag management and analytic solutions, Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel), Sitecore (desirable), Tealium audience manager and Tealium data access 
• Good understanding of tag management data layer 
• Working knowledge with JavaScript 
• Experience working directly with developers in implementing analytic solutions 
• Experience within an optimisation program aimed at improving onsite conversion.
