ServiceNow Senior Engineer

We have a 12-month opportunity for a Senior SNOW Engineer to join us on a contract basis. You’ll be responsible for the implementation, administration, and support of the ServiceNow platform, managing and delivering on technical objectives for ServiceNow products. You will drive collaboration across product teams, implement strategic policies, and ensure optimal use of the platform. Your role includes mentoring team members, guiding innovation, managing complex tasks, including development, and effectively communicating solutions to stakeholders.
Skills required to be successful in the role:
- Effective oral and written communication skills when engaging with stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow within similar industry
- Completed serviceNow training and Certifications
- ServiceNow specialized certification will be preferred
- Effectively applies digital skills and explores these capabilities for their role
- Sound generic, domain and specialist knowledge across relevant platforms
- Has an appreciation of the wider business context
- Is fully familiar with recognised industry bodies of knowledge both generic and specific, and knowledge of the business, suppliers, partners, competitors and clients
- Develops a wider breadth of knowledge across the industry or business
- Applies knowledge to help to define the standards which others will apply.
