The Opportunity

We have an opening for a Workplace Concierge to join our customer-focused Property Workplace team at Bupa’s Sydney offices. This customer facing role will work across reception, workplace and property management on-site at our corporate office. 

As part of a small on-site team, you’ll leverage your experience in a similar role within a medium to large enterprise to excel in a dynamic environment, undertaking a variety of daily activities and solving issues as they arise to create a vibrant workplace experience.

Join our collaborative Sydney team, on-site at our George Street offices. This position is offered as permanent, full-time with core hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

How will I help?

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Provide superior Concierge and Reception services including visitor greeting, security pass allocation, stationery orders, meeting room management, event coordination, catering requirements and room technical support.
  • Regularly complete workplace audits to maintain high standards across the workspaces including locker allocations.
  • Provide finance administration including receipting, invoicing and purchase orders for property vendors/leasing portfolio, reporting and reconciliation of fleet lease payments. 
  • Facilitate property services for the Sydney office for all reactive and preventative maintenance contractor site access, desk booking system administration, local coordination of WHS activities and assist with reporting and analysis of office workspace.

What do I need? 

This role will suit a corporate professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, on-site in a medium to large corporate setting.

In addition, you’ll bring to the role:

  • Workplace Concierge or Receptionist work experience with a strong client-focus mindset and demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Windows, and Excel is essential, alongside excellent communication and listening abilities. 
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial, as is the capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • As a self-motivated professional with decision-making and problem-solving skills, you will be adaptable to change and committed to continuous improvement.
  • While not essential, property / facilities administration experience would be an advantage.
