About the Role
- Perm fulltime role based in Melbourne
Join our Customer Operations Support team and play a key role in enabling frontline teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences across Bupa Medical Visa Services (BMVS) and Health Services. In this fast-paced, high-volume role, you'll lead onboarding, training and learning initiatives, maintain operational documentation, and drive continuous improvement across Customer Operations. Working closely with leaders and stakeholders, you'll help build capability, improve operational efficiency and ensure our teams are equipped to deliver outstanding service to our customers and clients.
- Apply learning-focused approach to coaching, helping individuals build capability and confidence through targeted feedback.
- Partner with team members to diagnose learning needs and coach accordingly.
- Design, develop and deliver engaging blended learning programs that build capability and drive high performance across Customer Operations teams.
- Facilitate onboarding, role-specific training and ongoing learning initiatives to ensure employees are confident, capable and set up for success.
- Manage the review and maintenance of training materials, work instructions and learning resources, ensuring they remain accurate, compliant and fit for purpose.
- Develop and oversee the annual training plan, evaluating learning effectiveness and implementing continuous improvements.
- Partner with Customer Operations leaders to identify capability gaps, align learning solutions with business priorities and support workforce development.
- Coordinate succession planning and employee development initiatives to build capability, strengthen talent pipelines and support future business needs.
About You
- Demonstrated experience designing, developing and delivering engaging training programs and learning solutions.
- Proven ability to facilitate training for both small and large groups, in person and virtually.
- Self-motivated, proactive and accountable, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Adaptable, resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment while managing competing priorities.
- Experience using e-learning or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is advantageous.
- Qualifications or certifications in Training, Learning & Development, Education or a related discipline are desirable but not essential.
