It’s best that you apply for all roles you are interested in. Once you have applied for a role with us, your profile will be stored in our application system talent pool, and we may contact you if there is another role that looks like it might suit you.

As part of the selection process for all roles, Bupa carries out a National Police Record check. If you have lived overseas for more than five years, an International Police Record Check for the country or countries you lived in will also be undertaken. We also complete a Right to Work check as part of our background process. We’ll also check in with your references. For roles in our aged care homes, we require all employees to have a current Influenza Vaccination.

As a working graduate you’ll need a Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485), which will allow you to work in Australia for at least two years. Each role we hire for requires different qualifications. Some roles will require a tertiary education, while for others we’ll just need to see that you’ve got a keen interest in the field. In our Aged Care space, many of our roles require clinical education, so you’ll need to check the job advertisement before you apply.
