The purpose of this job is…..

The Complementary Product Specialist role sits within our Customer Growth team in the General Insurance business, working in a supportive and engaging contact centre environment. This role focuses on acquiring new customers by offering tailored insurance solutions that genuinely meet their needs. You’ll connect with customers through a mix of inbound and outbound phone and email interactions, always aiming to create meaningful conversations that build trust.

This role is committed to delivering outcomes that are in the customer’s best interest while driving value for our members. You’ll do this through value‑adding interactions, strong quality practices, and a dedication to providing exceptional service every time.

What you’ll need to make it possible

  • Proven experience delivering strong customer outcomes in service‑focused environments
  • Background in customer‑facing roles such as contact centre, retail or hospitality
  • Commitment to exceptional customer‑led behaviours and alignment with company values
  • Motivated by achieving sales outcomes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong rapport‑building skills
  • Confident computer skills
  • Health or General Insurance experience beneficial but not essential
