Our content vision is to provide people with personalised and relevant content when, where and how they need it. To help ensure success, we are looking to grow our team and extend our content modelling approach across different business units

As a part of the Content Architecture team, the Content Modelling Specialist will help migrate content onto a new platform, work closely with the CaaS squad. Here, a primary function will be to support the rollout of an efficient content modelling system that can be embedded into, and scale with, Bupa’s design system. • Content governance capability – supporting the Content Governance team to establish a consistent and effective approach to content. Contribute to the development of best practice content processes, tools and systems across the organisation.
  • User-centred content design – work with peers in the content design team to help them create and deliver content design frameworks and solutions that prioritise a cohesive end-to-end user experience.

This role will work within a broader multidisciplinary team that includes content strategists, UX designers and researchers, and service designers, among many others.
