The role purpose

As an integral part of the Digital Workplace Team, we have a 12-month fixed term role for a Digital Workplace Platforms Engineer to join us. You’ll be responsible for provisioning the following services, these services define the Digital Workplace Platforms.  

•Microsoft 365 – Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure etc. 

•Intranet/Engagement Solutions – SharePoint Online, WorkVivo 

•All Office 365 Services 

•Messaging Services 

•Microsoft Power Platform 

•Vulnerability & Patch Management 

Scope of operations is for Bupa Australia business units including Health Insurance and functional units, Aged Care, and Health Services businesses. Utilising current and future Microsoft technologies to provide Digital Workplace Platforms Services. This role will be responsible for delivering, supporting and driving new ways of working by providing Digital Workplace Platforms services at Bupa. In addition, this role will work closely with the wider Digital Workplace team to define and deliver the end-to-end colleague experience.

What you’ll need to make it possible

•Minimum 2 years of experience supporting at least 3 of the following 

•Active Directory/Azure Identity Management 

•Exchange 2016/2019/Online 

•SharePoint Online 

•Microsoft Teams 

•Office 365 Suite and OneDrive 

•Power Platform 

Extended SharePoint administration and consultancy experience required. Familiarity with SharePoint migration projects, SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online, File Migrations from on-premises to SharePoint Online highly advantageous.
