We are currently seeking an experienced Quality & Education Manager to join our welcoming team at Bupa Waratah, a beautifully located care home in regional New South Wales.
About the role
As the Quality & Education Manager, you’ll lead quality governance, compliance, and workforce capability across the home, ensuring alignment with the Aged Care Quality Standards. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to identify improvement opportunities, support remediation, and build sustainable clinical excellence.
Key responsibilities
• Lead quality, education, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
• Coach and build capability across clinical and care teams
• Maintain and review the Plan for Continuous Improvement (PCI)
• Prepare and analyse Quality Indicator and NQIP data
• Coordinate monthly audits and preparedness activities
• Support high-quality, person-centred clinical care delivery
About you
• Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration (essential)
• Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care and Cert IV TAE (desirable)
• Experience in clinical quality, education, and coaching
• Strong communication and collaborative leadership skills
• Sound knowledge of resident rights and aged care compliance
