We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our growing team at Guardian Medical Centre in Box Hill.

About the Practice
Guardian Medical Centre Box Hill is an established clinic currently operating with 2 GPs, with 3 additional doctors commencing within the next 6–8 weeks.
We are building a team focused on quality patient care, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
About the Role
You will play a key role in managing and supporting our 3-bed treatment room, working closely with GPs and the Practice Manager to deliver high-quality care.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care within a GP setting
- Manage treatment room workflow and patient procedures
- Assist with immunisations, wound care, care plans and health assessments
- Support GPs during procedures
- Maintain infection control and accurate clinical records
About You
- Current AHPRA registration (RN)
- GP experience (essential)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Interest in career growth and leadership opportunities
Desirable:
- Mandarin speaking
