- Working Hours: This role is a 9‑day fortnight, working Tuesday to Saturday in Week 1 and Tuesday to Friday in Week 2, with hours from 8:15am to 6:00pm (and Saturdays 8:15am to 4:30pm)

The purpose of the Clinical Coordinator role is to support the Practice Manager by overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice, using knowledge of exceptional patient care and effective teamwork, while being responsible for training Dental Assistants on correct processes for cleaning, sterilisation, chairside assistance and practice protocols, as well as establishing and maintaining effective sterilisation of contaminated instruments and equipment in accordance with practice standards.
What you’ll need to make it possible
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience working in Australia as a Senior Dental Assistant or Clinical Coordinator
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded
- You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
