Purpose
The role requires experience in a fast-paced, medium to large organization and managing daily activities across a corporate office. Key attributes include creativity, energy, teamwork, excellent client service, and strong communication skills. Ability to handle multiple issues concurrently and work under pressure with minimal supervision is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage external room bookings, onsite events, AV troubleshooting, and workplace services.
- Oversee reception, mail services, and workplace services for Brisbane Head Office.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, and technical support for events.
- Conduct workspace audits andmaintainhigh standards.
- Manage contractors, invoicing, purchase orders, and workplace guidelines.
- Handle visitor support, security passes, and card audits.
- Maintain stock levels, stationery orders, and desk booking systems.
- Support reporting, fire warden lists, and compliance requirements.
- Provide coverage for the broader workplace services team during leave or peak demand.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance and adherence to Bupa’s risk and compliance policies.

- Strong communication skills including excellent listening skills
- Privacy/confidentiality issues – being discreet and sensitive to information, keeping matters confidential

- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Self motivated with demonstrated decision making and problem solving abilities
- Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and manage change
