The purpose of this job…
Is to play a vital role in the effective running of Support the Practice Manager in driving smooth operations, team leadership, and performance. Help with recruitment, staff development, goal-setting, and financial management. Take charge in the Manager’s absence, ensuring staff performance, effective communication, and compliance with company standards.
What you’ll need to make it possible…
- Strong leadership and administrative skills, with the ability to manage recruitment, team meetings, and step in for the Practice Manager as needed.
- Proven experience in people and business management, with a solid understanding of financial performance, budgets, and daily operations.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills (no dental experience required).
- Confident in managing patient interactions, including appointments, enquiries, accounts, and payments, while taking responsibility and making decisions.
