We now have an exciting ongoing casual opportunity in Docklands, Melbourne CBD. This is a heavily weekend focus role, we are looking for candidate who are available on weekends & happy to take on additional shifts during the week - up to 35 hours.
Bupa Medical Visa Services delivers health assessments on behalf of the Australian Government to our customers who are applying for visas to live, work or study in Australia. About the role:
Join our dynamic Reception and Concierge team, where you'll greet customers, address inquiries, and ensure a caring and professional experience. Key duties include:
- Identity and security checks
- EFTPOS payments
- Confirming documentation completion
- Guiding customers through the visa medical examination process
As our successful Receptionists you will be:
- Customer-focused, service-oriented approach
- Customer service background
- Minimum 2-3 year admin/reception experience
- Show strong attention to detail skills
- Be effective in showcasing your communication skills
- Be able to adhere to processes and procedures
