Join our brand-new, state-of-the-art Bupa medical practice in Malvern! We’re building a stellar team and looking for a receptionist for this exciting new opportunity. We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Bupa Medical Malvern available for Medical Receptionists seeking permanent full-time work:
- Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
- Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Processing payments via EFTPOS, HICAPs and Medicare
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
- High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner
You’ll be:
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week
- Work between our Malvern and South Yarra clinic as required
- Available to commence from end of January/early February
- Previous Medical Reception experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
