The heart of the role  

This is a key clinical leadership position where you’ll oversee care delivery and shape outcomes for 120 residents. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and lead a team of committed clinicians to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

You will:

• Lead and support the clinical team through coaching, mentoring, and development
• Oversee daily clinical operations and care delivery
• Drive clinical governance, audits, and continuous improvement
• Manage care planning, assessments, and AN-ACC processes
• Review incidents, complaints, and implement improvements
• Partner with families, GPs, and allied health professionals
• Ensure compliance with aged care standards and legislation

What will you bring? 

• Registered Nurse (AHPRA) – essential
• Experience leading clinical teams in aged care or acute settings
• Proven ability managing clinical operations (ideally 30+ beds)
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
• Confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder skills
• Solid understanding of AN-ACC, accreditation, and aged care standards
