In this role, you will manage all learning administration and logistics for both in person and virtual learning programs for our new APAC Campus, including registrations and query management, LXP administration, facilitator & Campus Team admin support, preparation of learning materials and some onsite operational/logistics support for larger scale events in our Melbourne office.

You will be passionate about streamlining operations and increasing efficiency to enable outstanding learner experiences, while working as part of a high-performing and supportive team.

This is a permanent role based in Melbourne with hybrid working arrangements available.

How will you make an impact?

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the Campus Team to deliver exceptional learning experiences both virtually and in-person to our people and facilitators through the effective coordination and administration of key learning programs.
  • Work closely with the Strategic Campus Lead and Events & Experience Coordinator to prioritise work, provide key status updates and data where required.
  • Scheduling of Campus and other learning programs, including room & facilitator bookings, participant pre & post session comms, catering support, preparation of session materials, LMS administration, feedback surveys administration, and liaising across internal teams to share information.
  • Ensuring learning event logistics are delivered on-time including tracking and monitoring of event tasks across virtual and face-to-face workshops
  • Act as key administrator and support person for the Campus digital experience learning platform, provide support and guidance to learners and instructors. Ensure all training materials are uploaded and accessible.
  • Oversee and manage the LXP usage for APAC Campus programs and users, including user accounts, roles, permissions, and content organisation within these platforms. Resolve any technical issues related to the learning platforms
  • Offer technical support to instructors, learners, and administrators utilizing the learning platform
  • Supporting with onsite Campus operations and logistics for larger scale events / high-volume periods, including participant welcome & check in, catering set-up & pack down and room set up.
  • Task management of internal & third-party suppliers (e.g. Tech, Learning Teams, facilitators, catering) including scheduling, pre/post course information and invoice processing.

What do I need?

  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced learning, events or HR role
  • Exposure to LMS/LXP platforms and event coordination/logistics
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proven experience using initiative to source solutions
  • Experience in responding to employee queries and providing support across various stakeholder groups
  • Capability to troubleshoot user issues and assist with onboarding and continued use of LMS and LXP
  • Experience in extracting and analysing data from systems for reporting purposes
  • Strong attention to detail
