The purpose of this job is…..
A critical member of the Channel Analytics team, the Channel Insights Analyst will leverage their natural curiosity and interest in business processes and analytics to help develop data-led recommendations from our customer, operations, and product data.
This involves developing and enabling the execution of the most critical insights across Customer Channels and Growth (CCG), with a focus on improved customer experiences. More than just data and insights, you will be a passionate story-teller, with an ability to simplify data insights and influence stakeholders to execute on your recommendations. By bringing together customer and business insights in a consultative approach, you will support the business in delivering transformational change.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Actionable Insights – deep dive into data across operational, customer experience, quality & compliance, advocacy, business and speech analytics sources to identify opportunities to drive improvements
- Track and Review Performance Shift – keep track of metrics that impact performance and review with stakeholders periodically to assess opportunity and benefit realised
- Drive the value of the Analytics function within CCG through actionable insights and recommendations
- Build strong advisory relationships by developing recommendations and influencing leadership across CCG to endorse and enable improvement across channel performance and customer experience.
- Continuous improvement of how reports are served, utilising existing technologies and data structures whilst also exploring the art of the possible.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure optimal utilisation of available resources and impending technologies – ensure our requirements are proactively addressed and onboarded as we transition to newer data architectures.
- Be a subject matter expert for relevant applications of frequently used data sets, to support ad hoc requests for data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Ensure working ethics that are viewed as the Centre of Excellence that drives a high-performance culture at Bupa
What you’ll need to make it possible
- Business relevant qualification (e.g. Data, Finance, Engineering, Science, Management, etc.)
- Proven ability to analyse data and present granular or technical data in an effective and reliable manner.
- Establishes good relationships to people at all levels as a trusted advisor, with an ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisational structure.
- Focuses on customer needs and satisfaction, setting high standards for quality and pace
- Strategic problem-solving, finding opportunities and implementation of new ideas.
- Power to influence based on clearly articulated recommendations and concisely represented data that drives stakeholder expectations to the point of decision-making
- Manages time effectively to meet deadlines and milestones.
- Works productively in a pressurised environment, balancing the demands of work by maintaining a positive outlook with team.
- Capability of working with a high degree of complexity and ambiguity, whilst delivering rapid, accurate and impactful results
- Experience in contact centre operations or customer facing environment is beneficial
- Ability to manoeuvre databases across SAS, SQL, and Databricks will be considered as a positive
