As the Contracts Governance Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administration support in matters relating to the successful delivery of administration duties for all contracts and governance related activities within Bupa Dental Corporation. You will also play an important role in supporting administrative management of the end-to-end contract life cycle and related governance activities.
What will your day look like?
- Assist with the administrative activities related to the end-to-end FSA lifecycle process within Bupa Dental Care.
- Support the maintenance of accurate contract records and assist in maintaining accuracy and integrity of active FSA templates.
- Ownership of DocuSign Administration as well as the Contract Management and Governance distribution groups, mailbox and email enquiries.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives that improve contract management processes and overall service quality.
- Assist with data collation for various internal and external business reports.
- Coordinate a high-volume shared inbox and maintain complex calendar schedules
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and assist in the preparation, management and communication of stakeholder correspondence as required.
- Respond promptly and courteously to stakeholder requests; collate and disseminate relevant information, resolve standard problems and escalate issues when required.
- Foster collaborative working relationships with all stakeholders that the team engages with.
- You may also carry out any other duties reasonably requested by Bupa from time to time.
What do I need?
- Experience completing administrative activities related to end-to-end contract lifecycle, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in maintaining databases.
- Strong computer literacy in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Track record of achieving deadlines in a high volume, pressured environment with high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and take accountability for deliverables and outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and escalate matters where appropriate.
- Demonstrated ability to forge and maintain productive working relationships, including the ability to use influence to support collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and to work in a changing environment.
