We’re looking for an experienced and technically savvy Digital Product Manager to join our Blua Digital crew and lead the Blua Genomics Squad. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in evolving our genomics propositions, build new digital channel capabilities, and launch new health propositions for Blua.

Reporting to the Crew Lead – Blua Digital, This is a full-time position, based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, with Bupa’s flexible hybrid working arrangements giving you the freedom to work from home or the office.

How will you make an impact?

This Digital Product Manager role sits within the new Blua Genomics squad, focused on evolving and maturing our genomics propositions within Blua across mobile app and web, including:

· Blua’s genomics offering in preventative adult screening and pharmacogenomics,

· Enhancements to our ECommerce and payments platform,

· Expaning our digital identity and authenticated experiences, and

· Supporting innovation, testing and development of new genomics propositions

You’ll lead the digital squad through discovery, design, build and release phases, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of product increments. Your impact will be felt through the successful delivery of Blua genomics experiences, improving speed-to-market and supporting Bupa’s growth ambitions.

Your key responsibilities include:

· Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product strategy and business objectives.

· Lead the end-to-end delivery process, managing risks, dependencies and resourcing to achieve delivery goals.

· Collaborate with engineers, designers and stakeholders to ensure robust technical design and implementation.

· Build and communicate a detailed squad roadmap, mapping dependencies and prioritising effectively.

· Champion accessibility and customer experience improvements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

· Track and report on KPIs and squad performance, ensuring accountability for outcomes.

About You

You’re a technically strong Digital Product Manager with experience leading delivery in agile squads and managing complex digital products. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy bridging the gap between business goals and technical execution.

Key skills and experience required:

· Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager in web and mobile with ecommerce, data visualisation, identity, and/or health propositions.

· Experience running multi-speed approach of continuous discovery, design and delivery.

· Experience working in agile squads with a deep understanding of prioritisation and lean product techniques.

· Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity, making evidence-based decisions.

· Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear outcomes.

· A genuine passion for improving customer experience and accessibility.
