The purpose of the Employee Experience Process and Systems Lead is to act as the subject matter expert in Workday, shaping and evolving our processes and systems to deliver a smarter, simpler, and digital employee experience. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing strategic advice and practical solutions to optimise how we work. Your focus will be on identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities that are fit for purpose and deliver measurable impact, enhancing both the technical landscape and the employee journey. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working arrangements.

What you’ll need to make it possible

  • Previous experience as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM
  • Understand the core elements of HR and how HR process and technology serves as an enabler for employee experiences
  • Degree level qualification in a related field – i.e. HR, Technology, Business
  • A strong understanding of the HR functional domain and how HR process and delivery works
  • Strong technical skills across cloud-based technology
  • Confident and comfortable with presenting and dealing with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
  • Analytical and a problem solver, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment diagnose issues and work through to determine appropriate resolutions.
  • Experience using agile methodologies and Experience Design to deliver effective change at pace
