Execution Lead

Opportunity:
Healthcare Management (HCM) is embarking on a strategic direction that involves a large program of work which spans across Health Insurance (HI) and the broader Bupa business, contributing to the Savannah27 strategy and Claims Transformation Program. This program will execute the HCM strategic plan and includes large strategic initiatives and significant changes. This role will support the change activities and support our people and bring them on the journey to successfully deliver both strategic and BAU projects.
We are seeking an experienced project professional with strong change management knowledge, project management capability, business analyst skills, and training experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our delivery teams, Initiative Owners and Sponsors to execute initiatives successfully. They will provide expert advice and support to ensure effective adoption of new processes, technologies, and business strategies within Bupa by:
- Leading our HCM people through change, to ensure they are ready, willing and able to adopt and maximise the benefits of new ways of working, processes and systems
- Minimise the effects of change impacts across the HCM business
- Embedding initiatives into the business, ensuring successful adoption beyond ‘go live’, and transition to business as usual
This role requires a high level of influencing, planning, implementation and delivery capability in line with milestones at the business and program level.
What You’ll Be Doing
Here's what you can look forward to in this role:
- Develop and implement change management plans that are aligned to our strategy, and ensure successful adoption of changes by our people
- Lead and manage change projects from initiation to completion ensuring we deliver on our targets and goals
- Lead a detailed analyses of current business processes and identify future state change impacts
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees to ensure successful change adoption
- Work collaboratively as part of the Program Delivery & Execution team to lead the creation of change solutions that are innovative, fit for purpose, and build the capability and engagement required for our people to successfully adopt the change
What You’ll Bring
To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:
- Relevant certifications in business analysis, change management and/or training and assessment (required)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience across change management, project management, business analysis and training disciplines
- Extensive experience leading large scale change projects, with specific focus on managing change impacts on the end user and our people
- Proven ability to work across multiple delivery models, such as Human Centred Design, Lean, Agile and Waterfall
- Significant experience in the delivery of large programs of work with competing priorities
- Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs and material
