The Role

As Head of Broker, you will play a pivotal role in driving Bupa’s Corporate Partnerships to new heights. With an ambitious performance target and the support of a talented team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape Bupa’s future in the corporate health space. This is a high-visibility, results-driven role that requires a leader with exceptional commercial insight and strong people leadership skills.

In this role, you will:

• Spearhead the acquisition and growth of corporate partnerships across both domestic and international markets.
• Build and maintain a strategic Broker and Brokered Client relationships of through strong networking and engagement with senior decision-makers.
• Ensure exceptional service from corporate partnership managers, enhancing client retention and ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Drive Bupa’s position as a thought leader in the corporate health sector, contributing to our growth and expansion.

What You Will Bring

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Expertise in corporate health and benefits, with a network of established senior connections within the Broker market.
• A proven track record in selling Private Health Insurance (PHI)
• An adaptable mindset, capable of driving change and thriving in a dynamic, evolving market.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, particularly with senior stakeholders such as Chief People Officers and Chief Financial Officers
• Expertise in corporate health and benefits, with a network of established senior connections within the Broker market.
• The ability to lead and shape commercial opportunities, positioning yourself as a thought leader in the corporate PHI sector.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance, with a proactive approach to risk management.
