About the role:
- Start Date: 18th February
- Hybrid Role: WFH/Office
- Open to Melbourne or Brisbane based candidates
We are looking for a customer service and sales driven person to join our team to help liaise with our existing Bupa customers.
The Sales team actively acquire new Bupa members by having value-based conversations with customers and ensuring they are offered solutions that meet their and their families health insurance and lifestyle needs. With a deep knowledge of our products and your professional and friendly approach.
Your working week will require you to be available between Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am until 8pm AEDT, working 38 hours per week. You will be working on a rotating roster that is provided 3 to 4 weeks in advance. Whilst the role allows you to be working in the comfort of your home, it is important to note that this role is quite structured, with rostered shifts and break times.
This role also includes an optional overtime shift of 9am – 1pm AEDT on Saturdays.
A minimum requirement of this role is that you already have or can obtain internet that has a minimum download speed of 50mbps or greater.
We are looking for someone with:
- Amazing communication skills, both verbal and written so that you can really understand the customers’ needs and requirements
- A strong empathetic nature with a passion of helping our customers
- Previous experience in both customer service and sales in a related environment
- The ability to work not only autonomously but within a friendly and supportive team environment
- A mature attitude to your work with sensitivity to our customer’s confidential information
