Join Bupa's APAC Health Insurance Operations team as we embed the strategic CPS230 program across the business.

We’re looking for an experienced Operational Resilience Partner who will play a critical role in uplifting our Business Continuity Management (BCM) capabilities in line with APRA’s CPS230 standards. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-profile program with board-level visibility and strategic impact.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Resiliency Manager, you will be responsible for delivering CPS230-related outcomes across Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and operational resilience, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.

This role will focus on:

• Developing and maintaining BCP test strategies, schedules, and scripts.
• Establishing disruption tolerance levels for Bupa’s critical operations.
• Supporting and advising business units on BCP development and execution.
• Coordinating the integration of BCPs with IT and Operational Continuity Plans.
• Leading scenario-based testing and reporting insights to executive governance forums.
• Providing oversight on third-party resilience alignment and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a tailored scenario testing library and detailed test scripts.
• Lead and support BCP test planning and execution across critical operations.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define resilience testing approaches.
• Maintain and update critical operations and tolerance levels in internal systems.
• Analyse test results, provide actionable insights, and track remediation activities.
• Collaborate with business SMEs, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams.
• Provide subject matter expertise on CPS230, risk management, and business continuity.

About You

You are a collaborative, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in operational resilience and business continuity. You have a natural ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across all levels of the business, and thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in Risk Management, Business Continuity, or Operational Resilience.
• Strong understanding of CPS230 and APRA regulatory requirements.
• Experience developing and testing BCPs in a regulated or complex enterprise.
• Ability to design and facilitate workshops to build test strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with process mapping, risk reporting, and issue resolution.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional initiatives.
