The purpose of this job is…..
As the Operations Consultant you will be responsible for handling all administration and processing tasks for the Central Operations Team, to support the smooth operations of Bupa Medical Visa Services (BMVS). You will be a key point of contact for managing correspondence and processing documentation in line with established guidelines. Your ability to provide responsive and accurate support to visa applicants, internal teams, and external stakeholders will be essential to maintaining service excellence.
We currently have three positions available!
- X2 Permanent Full-Time
- X1 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Responsibilities:
- Manage email correspondence across a wide range of visa medical services
- Process pathology reports and assessments in accordance to Bupa and Government guidelines
- Process refunds and booking appointments, as required
- Support visa customers and internal and external stakeholders through the process requirements
- Support contact centre with complex customer queries
- End to end case management, including SLA tracking to contractual requirements
What you’ll need to make it possible
- Formal qualifications and/or relevant skills training or experience at Certificate III level.
- Previous experience working in administration and processing, with proven ability to meet and exceed turnaround time (SLA/KPI)
- Is capable of prioritising work within established policies, guidelines and procedures
- Possesses good communication, interpersonal and/or arithmetic skills
