The purpose of the People Services Administrator role is to provide exceptional HR support and ensure a seamless experience for employees across the business. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for HR queries, offering clear guidance and timely solutions through various channels such as email, phone, Microsoft Teams, and ServiceNow. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate employee data in Workday and preparing important documentation like contracts and letters. This role is crucial in enabling the success and efficiency of our People team.
This is a 6-month fixed term contract based in either Melbourne or Sydney.
What you’ll need to make it possible:
- Previous experience working within an HR role
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem solving and solutions-oriented mindset
- A drive for continuous improvement
- Experience with HRIS systems (preferably Workday)
- Experience with Service Now or similar online case management tools
- Qualifications in HR (Certificate IV, diploma or degree) and/or Business Administration, or similar is desirable
