About the Role
Lead our Environment as a Service (EaaS) initiative by designing, deploying, and optimizing scalable cloud and on-premises application environments. This technical lead role requires expertise in Azure Cloud, DevOps practices, and environment automation to deliver high-quality development, testing, and production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver, uplift, and maintain high quality and fit for purpose Environment solutions for enterprise level Development, Testing and Production supporting CI/CD
- Design and implement self-service, on-demand ephemeral environments with automated provisioning and cost optimization
- Build comprehensive automation solutions for environment management workflows
- Enhance environment visibility through comprehensive dashboards and monitoring
- Optimize environment configurations for reliability and efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement in environment management processes
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in Azure cloud, environment engineering, or DevOps
- Strong background in CI/CD, automation tools, and Agile methodologies
- Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS)
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven success in complex environment management and stakeholder engagement
- Analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on automated solutions
