We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Project Manager available in our property team at Bupa, where you'll have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of projects in this space. You'll be supporting with the delivery of projects across all the leased premises at Bupa, so you’ll be working across our Health Services, Health Insurance and Corporate footprint that execute refurbishments, rebrands, refits, relocations and closures across the business as needed.  

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have:

  • 5-10 years’ experience in Property Project delivery/operational projects.
  • Experience managing construction/fit out projects. 


This is a permanent position, that can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney, we have offices in the Melbourne and Sydney CBD’s. When you're not needed in the office for key planning days or meetings, you’ll have the flexibility to work from home.   

How will I help? 

  • Leading the coordination of projects to deliver seamless operations for our Bupa businesses.
  • Managing reporting and tools to manage team deliverables and provide insights to the Bupa business lines.
  • Supporting and managing the work streams actions and deliverables for Property Projects.
  • Supporting the National Project Manager with business case inputs for Property Projects to allow for budgeting and approvals by the Commercial teams.
  • Communication and change management across all projects to ensure all stakeholders are kept updated and manage the risks and change.
  • Engaging and partnering with external contractors on project deliverables. 
  • Managing and coordinating the handover of new sites with the Fitout activities. 
  • Ensuring all quotes and approvals are received for ordering equipment and assets for all Bupa projects. 
  • Reporting on project capex actuals against budget on the central budget tracker.
  • Updating and managing the Project Master tracker to ensure all risks are highlighted and actions closed or updated.
  • Operational readiness planning and execution for relocations and new sites 
  • Ensuring all invoices and accruals are managed and reported each month.
  • Carrying out regular Post Implementation Reviews of projects to improve processes and gaps.
