The opportunity

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced clinical professional to champion service improvement initiatives that enhance the resident journey. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the subject matter expert in quality and clinical practices—leading the way in adopting innovative models of care, refining clinical operations, mentoring and coaching our clinicians and embedding best-practice work instructions.

Supporting the Bupa Village Aged Care Australia team requires a dynamic, blended approach that prioritises engaging a geographically dispersed workforce. Our strategy ensures that all practises is fit for purpose and designed to deliver a contemporary, engaging, and impactful user experience.

How will I help?

  • Improve clinical experiences: Support homes in adopting new models of care and best clinical practises.
  • Support and create a culture of continuous improvement in your portfolio, leading to enhanced quality of care, efficiency and exceeding compliance.
  • Lead change management: Create toolkits, guides, and onboarding plans to support change.
  • Build Clinical Capability: Develop and deliver bespoke clinical training programs and workshops tailored to individual clinicians
  • Deliver results: Prepare reports for governance committees and leadership meetings.
  • Stakeholder management: Ability to engage, influence, and support homes to successful adopt change.

What do I need?

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as Bachelor of Nursing.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Proven experience in learning design and curation, with experience developing content for diverse employee groups across various delivery formats.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships that drive meaningful learning outcomes and align with business needs.
  • Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear, compelling messaging and effective collaboration across all levels of the organisation.
  • Passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where residents and the team feel valued and cared for.
