We currently have two open roles for a Senior CRM Developer — one at the mid-level and one at the senior level. These are initially offered as 1-year fixed-term contracts, with strong potential to transition into permanent positions in the future.

Opportunity Snapshot:

As part of the Technology Team, this role will partner closely with business representatives to deliver high quality Senior CRM Developer level services at pace to drive strategic outcomes for Bupa’s customers and maintain integral Bupa systems. 

The purpose of this role is to contribute to software development and maintenance, including successful delivery of strategic change initiatives and enhancements across Bupa’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications, built on the MS Dynamics 365 Power Platform. The role will include requirement analysis, assistance with solution design, code development, unit testing and implementation of highly maintainable and scalable solutions. 

You will work within cross-functional teams to deliver Dynamics CRM enhancements which meet or exceed business and customer expectations, balancing factors such as strategic intent, commercial outcome, speed, cost, and quality. The role will also mentor graduate and other level developers.

Your Contribution:

Qualifications and training 

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology - Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent 
• Current Microsoft certifications in relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and Power Platform advantageous.
• 5-7+ years’ experience in a CRM Developer role, with a minimum: 
• 5+ years’ experience in configuration and customisation of Dynamics 365 applications, ideally Sales or Customer Service. o 5+ years development experience that includes Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, JavaScript, HTML5, RESTful Web Services 
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Power Platform services 
• Experience developing PCF controls 
• Experience with JSON and TypeScript 
• Understanding of Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft SSIS integration (desirable)
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills 
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills 
• Effective at managing change and multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, with the ability to see the bigger picture 
• Good understanding of software design principles and patterns 
• Demonstrated familiarity with multiple delivery methods and approaches – Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid. 
• Understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
