Join a high-impact remediation program driving better customer outcomes

At Bupa, we're committed to helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives. As part of a high-profile enterprise Remediation Program, we're looking for an experienced Senior End-to-End Business Analyst to help deliver customer-focused process improvements that make a genuine difference.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced team where your work will directly influence customer outcomes, operational excellence and regulatory compliance. While this role is offered as a 24-month fixed-term contract, there is strong potential for it to become a permanent opportunity as the program evolves.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the Remediation Project Manager and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll analyse, design and improve end-to-end business processes across multiple remediation initiatives. You'll partner with business, operations, technology and data teams to identify opportunities, solve complex business problems and deliver practical solutions that improve both customer and business outcomes.

This role is best suited to an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys understanding complex business processes, challenging existing ways of working and delivering improvements in fast-moving environments. You'll be trusted to work autonomously while collaborating across a broad range of stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis across complex remediation and transformation initiatives.
  • Analyse current and future state business processes and develop clear process documentation.
  • Conduct structured analysis to identify root causes, customer impacts, process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather, document and validate business and system requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define solutions and drive alignment.
  • Partner with Data Analysts to analyse remediation datasets, identify impacted customer cohorts and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop business rules and process recommendations that support compliant and customer-focused outcomes.
  • Identify risks, ambiguities and process inefficiencies, providing practical recommendations for improvement.
  • Support planning, testing, implementation and change management activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and Business Analysis best practice across the organisation.

About You

We're looking for someone who can make an immediate impact and enjoys solving complex business challenges.

You'll bring:

  • Approximately 8–15 years' experience as a Business Analyst delivering business transformation, operational improvement or remediation initiatives.
  • The ability to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding.
  • Strong experience delivering process improvement and customer or member experience transformation projects.
  • Experience working within insurance, banking, financial services or superannuation environments.
  • A background supporting remediation programs, operational transformation or business process uplift initiatives.
  • A strong process improvement mindset with a focus on business outcomes rather than highly technical solution delivery.
  • Experience working alongside technology teams, with an understanding of technology-enabled change, although this is not a technical delivery role.
  • Demonstrated success delivering multiple projects within fast-paced environments and tight timeframes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking capability.
  • Experience documenting current and future state processes, business requirements and business rules.
  • The ability to work independently while building strong collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • A flexible, adaptable approach with a willingness to embrace new ways of working and contribute positively within a collaborative team environment.
