Variable Reward & Analytics Lead

About the Role
As a Performance & Reward Lead managing the Variable Reward program within the Channel Analytics function, you will lead the efforts to optimise variable reward programs through advanced data analytics. Leveraging your expertise in data modelling, performance analysis and insights generation, you will lead efforts to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency to ensure desired participation of the Variable Reward program across Customer Channels & Growth (CCG) within the Health Insurance business. Collaborating closely with Channel Leadership, whilst liaising with Finance, Reporting, and Engagement & Reward teams, your primary focus will be on utilising data-driven insights to influence strategic decision-making and maximis the business impact from Variable Reward initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development and implementation of advanced data analytics to optimise Variable Reward programs within CCG.
- Manage the collaboration with Finance and Reporting teams to enhance data facilitation and reporting capabilities for performance data, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data required for the Variable Reward program.
- Redefine and optimise control and management processes for Variable Reward programs, clarifying responsibilities and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
- Manage the flawless facilitation of all Variable Reward processes.
- Utilise sophisticated data analysis techniques to derive actionable insights from performance-related data, informing the allocation and optimisation of reward to drive desired agent behaviours and business outcomes.
About You
- Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline preferred.
- Extensive experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of leveraging data to optimise outcomes and drive business value.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python, SAS, or SQL, and data visualisation tools such as PowerBI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address business challenges.
- Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with agile principles and practices.
