As demand for our services continues to grow across Western Australia, we're excited to announce the opening of a second Bupa Medical Visa Services centre in Perth.

This isn't replacing our existing Perth clinic, it's an exciting opportunity to services more customers, quicker!

We've listened to our customers and responded to growing demand by creating a brand-new, purpose-built centre, designed to deliver an exceptional experience for both our customers and our people.

As we prepare to open our newest location, we're looking for talented people across a range of clinical, operational and customer-focused roles to join us. Opportunities are available within our new centre and across our existing Perth team.

The purpose of this job

As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we’re growing our network of Visa Medical Assessment Centres so we can provide a Bupa experience for our visa applicants in the communities where they live. This has created a range of frontline and leadership roles in new purpose-built medical centres and opportunities to grow your career with a global health care brand where our customers are at the heart of everything we do.

You will be part of a welcoming and diverse team, working together to deliver a seamless, professional and customer-centred experience.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Identity checks, blood pressure, height, weight, body mass index, vision testing, urinalysis, and venepuncture
  • Facilitate smooth delivery of the applicants through the medical assessment to ensure a timely and accurate service
  • Adhere to clinical governance and associated policies and procedures
  • Accurate documentation of results in eHealth record

What you’ll need to make it possible

We're looking for people who:

  • Certificate III or IV in Pathology (mandatory)
  • 2 years phlebotomy experience essential
  • Paediatric experience desirable but not essential
  • Experience working with people of multi-cultural background
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Put customers at the heart of everything they do
  • Thrive in a team environment
  • Communicate confidently and professionally
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail
  • Are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes
