Be at the heart of helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives – this includes both physical and mental health.

Bupa recognises the ever-increasing demand for mental health care and is committed to bridging the gap in service supply by developing a national network of mental health clinics to fulfil our purpose – this network forms a part of Bupa’s future vision and we’re focused on providing accessible, high-quality, and innovative mental health care across Australia, ensuring that clients and patients receive the support they need when it matters most.

Introducing Mindplace, a part of Bupa.

About the Role

As a Dietitian at Mindplace, you’ll deliver evidence-based, recovery-focused nutrition care to support clients’ mental health, physical wellbeing, and daily functioning. This is a patient-facing clinical role, working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, psychosocial disability, or health conditions where nutrition plays a key role in recovery and long-term wellbeing.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments tailored to mental health needs
  • Develop and deliver personalised, evidence-based nutrition interventions
  • Support clients to build sustainable eating habits that enhance wellbeing
  • Apply mental health-informed nutrition strategies to support recovery
  • Collaborate with Psychologists, OTs, EPs, and other allied health professionals

Your Opportunity

We’re currently seeking an experienced Dietitian to join the Mindplace team on a permanent part-time basis (2–3 days per week).

Roles are available in our clinics in:

  • Neutral Bay
  • Kensington

As Mindplace continues to grow toward our goal of 60 clinics nationally, this role offers meaningful clinical impact now, with future opportunities as the network expands.

So Why Join Us?

  • Professional development – grow with an exciting division of the business.
  • Career growth – as we expand, you’ll have new opportunities internally.
  • Solid client base – access a consistent flow of clients via our referral networks.
  • Financial security – employee engagement and systems ensure reliable scheduling.
  • Multidisciplinary teamwork – collaborate with Psychologists, BSPs, EPs, and more.
  • Flexibility – we’ll work with your schedule for real work/life balance.

About you

  • Tertiary qualification in Dietetics
  • Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status with Dietitians Australia
  • 2–3+ years of clinical experience (mental health highly regarded)
  • Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice skills
  • Confident communicator who values person-centred, collaborative care
