About the Role
As one of our first Psychologists, you’ll be a pivotal part of our team, shaping the future of mental health services and guiding clinical excellence across our network. This role is an opportunity to drive meaningful change and innovate new ways to support mental health journeys. You’ll play a pivotal role in establishing our initial practices, patient journeys and growing our network of mental health clinics across Australia.
In this role, you’ll:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), in individual or group settings, both in-person and online.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and patient needs, regularly monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress while managing scheduling, billing, and other administrative aspects of patient care.
- Build and sustain collaborative relationships with referring healthcare providers to strengthen patient referral networks and support practice growth.
- Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote services and establish connections with potential patients and local organizations.
- Coordinate with external providers to fulfill service requests within an established procedural framework.

About you
We’re seeking an experienced Psychologist or a Clinical Psychologist with:
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or a Master’s/Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
- Maintain General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, with Clinical Psychology endorsement and substantial experience in mental health care.
- Possess a minimum of five years of recent clinical experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Exhibit advanced clinical expertise in mental health services.
- Commit to delivering high-quality care and fostering innovation in service delivery.
- Show a strong passion for improving mental health access and patient outcomes.
