An exciting opportunity has become available in our Bupa Optical & Hearing operations team, reporting into the Region Operations Manager


The key focus of this role is to support training and development of store staff to enable an exceptional in store customer experience. This is a full-time permanent position. This role will require frequent travel to our stores nation-wide.


How will I help?

Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:


  • Onboarding and facilitation of training
  • Building technical dispensing skills of all store staff
  • Working with leaders and teams to increase understanding and capability to improve the operational excellence and rigour of store practices
  • Work with Region/Area managers and store leaders to identify training requirements and needs
  • Support stores with training, coaching and capability development to improve the customer experience

What do I need?

  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching others to achieve high standards of performance
    Experience in dealing with customers, including handling objections and complaints
  • Strong experience working in the Optical industry, customer service and sales environment, including a demonstrated ability our dispensing skills
