Our Wodonga care home is situated near the NSW/VIC boarder, in the historic town of Wodonga. It is close to the local community, near the town centre, Murray River, local parks and transport links. It consists of 116 beds, in a one storey, wide building, consisting of low and high care units. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents. |

- Internal transfers across our care homes
- Oversee the daily clinical operations of the care home
- Support and lead the care home clinical team including coaching, mentoring, staff allocations and delegation, performance management and education
- Review clinical incidents, complaints and changes
- Lead compliance with An ACC assessments
- Manage person-centred care planning and evaluation for residents - including case conferencing with families and carers
- Prepare and conduct clinical governance audits
- Oversee medication management in accordance with resident needs and legislative requirements
- Liaise with allied health, medical practitioners and other services to provide optimal resident care
- Current AHPRA is essential
- Bachelor of Nursing or Equivalent is essential
- Post grad qualification in aged care highly regarded
- Experience managing a minimum of 30 beds
- Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care within an aged care or acute setting
- Excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities
- Highly effective communication, leadership and relationship management skills
- An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
