About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a permanent opportunity for motivated and detail-driven professionals to join Bupa as Claims Processing Consultants. This role is ideal for candidates seeking long-term career stability, structured development, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in healthcare.

As a Claims Processing Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end assessment of a diverse range of claims across Hospital, Medical, and Ancillary services. Acting as a trusted link between Bupa, our members, and healthcare providers, you will ensure claims are processed accurately, enquiries are resolved efficiently, and our high standards of service excellence are consistently delivered.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and support digital self-service initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of enquiries

Work Arrangements

Your first three months will be spent onsite at our Adelaide CBD office, where you’ll complete a comprehensive training and onboarding program. Following this, you will transition to a hybrid working arrangement, balancing time in the office and working from home in consultation with your Team Leader.

You will bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence using multiple digital systems and platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong compliance mindset
