International Partnership Coordinator

We are primarily looking for a candidate based in Adelaide for this role.
Opportunity snapshot:
The International Partnership Coordinator is primarily responsible for the support of enquiries with existing and new university partners. This role is also responsible for the management, development and growth of strategic partnerships with existing and new international clients. This role is responsible for managing inbound inquiries from universities and ensuring service levels and Connexions compliance is adhered to. The role will include working with relevant internal and external stakeholders with the aim to delivering exceptional partnership support
Your Contribution:
- Support enquiries from university clients of the International Partnership Team
- Meet required client service level expectations
- Build effective client stakeholder relationships to support Senior Partnership Manager Regularly seek feedback from Clients on Bupa service levels and ensure prompt and effective resolution of any customer or client issues
- Maintain knowledge of Bupa products and services
- Identify sales and service opportunities
- Ensure updated marketing materials are shared across client portfolio
- Ensure that the appropriate sales systems are kept up to date and follow due sales processes Support on-site activities for university partners, including orientations, seminars etc.
- Support Senior Partnership Manger with Connexions Maintenance and update
- Support Senior Partnership Manager with stakeholder engagement, external and internal Deliver agreed performance targets including revenue/new to fund growth, client retention, gross margin and customer/client experience
- Build strategic relationship with clients, leading a matrix of internal and external stakeholders in development and execution of strategic partnership plan to ensure exceptional customer service
- Meet required client service level expectations and compliance with usage of CRM system Promote Bupa as the preferred partner for overall student, worker and visitor health and wellbeing and champion a holistic health approach that meets client and customer needs Have Australian Driving License and is flexible to work in different locations
- You may also carry out any other duties reasonably requested by Bupa from time to time
Qualifications, training & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications, or equivalent market experience
- 3+ years of account management and partnership experience exceeding sales targets selling Overseas Visitor and Overseas Student health insurance, or similar business to business sales account management experience
- Consulting with the C-suite executives of large or strategic client’s organisations to formulate, implement and manage strategic business plans to meet client needs and to achieve sales targets Proven strategic account management capability lo lead complex portfolio of large strategic clients; navigate and work closely with strategic employees within large client organisations to determine present and future needs
- Adaptable to changing circumstances and able to deal with ambiguity by making positive changes Experience working with cross functional stakeholder teams to deliver customer outcomes
- Able to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders through to C-suite level
- Ability to identify and lead commercial opportunities for the broader Bupa business
- Extensive knowledge of the key drivers for Corporate organisations with regard to health and benefits
- Strong insights to the international workers and education sectors
- Established network within the international market
- Previous sales and customer service delivery experience
- Solid knowledge of the Australian health insurance industry
- Understanding of the overseas student and workers market and/or exposure to the education/migration sector
- Familiarity with Bupa policy management systems
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and maintain strong time management performance
