Your Opportunity

Step into a leadership role where your vision shapes lives. As General Manager, you’ll lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional care. You’ll oversee operations, set the tone for a positive culture, and champion our Bupa Model of Care—all while driving performance and empowering your people to thrive.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day operations with excellence and efficiency.
  • Partner with clinical leaders to uphold the highest care standards.
  • Drive financial performance and manage budgets effectively.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Foster a positive, people-first culture through training and succession planning.
  • Optimize occupancy, staffing rosters, and resident satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in residential aged care.
  • Strong operational management and business acumen.
  • Passion for empowering teams and delivering outstanding care.
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and emotional intelligence (Desirable: Postgraduate qualification in Health Management or related field.)
