About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Dental Assistant to join our friendly and high‑performing team. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys managing people, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and clinical standards.
You will oversee the day‑to‑day clinical operations of a large, modern practice, support and lead the nursing team, maintain accreditation standards, and ensure smooth workflow across 13+ surgeries.

What you’ll need to make it possible:
- Minimum 4–5 years’ dental nursing experience (essential)
- Experience assisting with implants, orthodontics, and general dentistry
- Experience in:
- Ordering and stock control
- Managing and running a large dental practice
- Clinical team leadership
- Accreditation processes and compliance
- Rostering and roster management (essential)
- Working in practices with 5+ surgeries
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to motivate a team
- Friendly, professional, and team‑oriented attitude
- Commitment to high clinical and patient care standards
- Reliable, punctual, and a can‑do attitude
- Work eligibility: Permanent work rights with no restrictions
