The purpose of this job is…..

The Campaign Optimisation Lead drives the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Bupa’s outbound campaigns across Sales and Retention. Acting as the central optimisation engine, this role ensures leads are prioritised, sequenced, and executed effectively across dialler, manual, and digital channels to maximise contactability, conversion, and commercial outcomes.

Working cross-functionally, the role connects data, technology, workforce capacity, and frontline execution to deliver high-performing, insight-led campaigns that improve customer and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead Strategy & Prioritisation: Own lead segmentation, sequencing, and prioritisation to maximise contact, conversion, and value while aligning to capacity and commercial goals.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee end-to-end execution across dialler, manual, and digital channels, removing bottlenecks and improving flow reliability and efficiency.
  • Lead Flow Optimisation: Improve throughput, penetration, and RPC by resolving routing, retry, and orchestration constraints in partnership with Dialler and Technology teams.
  • Insights & Performance: Leverage campaign and customer data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and uplift sales and retention outcomes.
  • Testing & Continuous Improvement: Lead A/B testing and embed a test-and-learn approach to continuously refine campaign performance.
  • Commercial Ownership: Deliver measurable uplift in key metrics (contact rate, conversion, saves, yield) and drive ROI across acquisition and retention.

What you’ll need to make it possible

  • Proven experience in outbound campaign management, optimisation, or CRM/dialler strategy 
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence using data, dashboards, and performance metrics 
  • Solid understanding of contact centre operations and outbound lead lifecycle 
  • Ability to collaborate across technical, commercial, and frontline teams 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach
  • Commercially minded, linking decisions to measurable business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
