Inbound Sales Specialist

About the Role
As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for new customers, helping them find the right Health Insurance solutions to suit their needs. You’ll engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls and emails, aiming to build long-term relationships and contribute to team success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
•Provide tailored Health Insurance solutions to new customers via phone and email
•Achieve individual and team sales targets
•Educate customers on Bupa’s products and services
•Maintain accurate customer records in line with company procedures
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
•Support Team Leaders with additional tasks as required
•Uphold Bupa’s values and compliance standards in all interactions
About You
You’re a confident communicator with a passion for helping people. You bring a customer-first mindset and thrive in service-driven environments. Ideally, you have:
•Experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., retail, hospitality, contact centres)
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent rapport-building and computer skills
•Previous experience in Health Insurance (desirable)
