About this casual role
Your home store location will be at Southland but the ideal candidate will be flexible and able to occasionally cover shifts when needed at Mornington Bupa Optical and Hearing store.
You’ll also need to be free to work over our peak periods which are October through to January.
This isn't just a standard retail role. Joining us will require your commitment and desire to excel while having the salary and flexibility of a casual role.
Although this is a casual role, we are looking for someone who is committed and interested in learning the optical dispensing skills needed. Then after instore training, you'll be offering solutions to meet customer needs, suggesting the best products and services we have, using your flair for styling.

About you
Strong retail or customer service experience and a friendly smile is needed for this casual Optical Dispenser role.
You'll be happy to work towards store sales target, promotion campaigns and special offers and will be well rewarded for doing so.
You'd like the chance to work with designer brands and to style and help your clients using your optical knowledge and flair for fashion.
This is a rewarding and caring stored based role, where you will make a difference to customers lives by styling them in the best way possible.
