We are looking for:
- Permanent Part time - 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
- Full time fixed term contract for 18 months (Monday - Friday)
- Casual that will be ideally able to work Saturday and/or Sunday (weekend penalties apply!)
- Rotational shifts, Mon to Fri, 7 am to 7 pm, and weekends, 8 am to 4 pm
- You must be able to commit to the first two weeks for training from your start date
About the role:
Join our dynamic Reception and Concierge team, where you'll greet customers, address inquiries, and ensure a caring and professional experience. Key duties include:
- Identity and security checks
- EFTPOS payments
- Confirming documentation completion
- Guiding customers through the visa medical examination process
As our successful Receptionists you will be:
- Customer-focused, service-oriented approach
- Show strong attention to detail skills
- Be effective in showcasing your communication skills
- Be proficient in IT
- Be able to adhere to processes and procedures
- Be able to show proof of COVID-19 vaccinations, including booster
