About the Role
We are building an AI Factory team responsible for provisioning, maintaining and supporting services that enable development and deployment of AI applications into production in addition to supporting AI tooling used by Engineering teams.
AI Engineer is a crucial role responsible for building and maintaining a robust AI platform, developing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the AI Engineer will contribute to the design, development, deployment and monitoring of AI models, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver impactful results.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions using Open AI, Azure AI Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other relevant tools, working in an Agile environment.
About You
As an AI Engineer you will build and maintain a robust AI platform, leverage advanced AI tools and frameworks to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions. Deploy AI models into production environments with a focus on reliability and performance, and seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into existing applications and workflows.
Technical Skills
- AI Platform Development: Ability to build and maintain robust AI platforms, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI capabilities and scalable services for LLM-based applications, context-aware AI solutions, and agentic AI workflows.
- Agentic AI Frameworks: Experience implementing multi-agent orchestration, autonomous task execution, and tool integration to enable dynamic, goal-driven AI systems.
- Prompt Engineering & RAG: Advanced skills in prompt orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques, and designing experiments for enterprise use cases.
- Programming: Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience developing and deploying AI models on Azure.
- Cloud & Modern Tech Stack: Proven experience with Azure AI Foundry, Power Apps, Power Automate, and microservices architecture.
- Web Development: Proficiency in building modern web applications using React and TypeScript to deliver AI-driven user experiences.
- UI/UX Design: Ability to design intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces for AI-powered applications, including experience with Figma for UI prototyping.
- AI Synthetic Testing: Understanding of synthetic testing for model drift, correctness, and other model validation techniques.
- Documentation & Quality Procedures: Experience participating in large-scale AI platform implementations, maintaining quality documentation and procedures for ongoing support.
Professional & Collaboration Skills
- Project Leadership: Proven track record of leading and delivering successful AI projects from conception to deployment, ideally in a consulting environment.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and robust technical solutions.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and cross-functional teams (including developers, data scientists, business analysts, product managers, and engineering teams).
- Agile Experience: Exposure to Agile environments and practices.
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
