- Champion a continuous‑improvement delivery model over static, project‑based releases
- Sequence work to support safe experimentation, controlled rollout, and scalable adoption
- Drive initiatives that mature automation into a core, ongoing business capability
Stakeholder Translation & Decision Support
- Provide clear, outcome‑focused recommendations to guide prioritisation
- Communicate performance trends, risks, and opportunities to enable timely action
What you’ll need to make it possible

- Agile or Scrum-specific certification is beneficial
- Extensive experience owning products, platforms, or services in complex, multi‑channel environments
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage trade‑offs across competing initiatives with clear accountability for outcomes
- Strong understanding of customer service operations, automation, and digital/voice contact channels
- Demonstrated success operating in cross‑functional, highly complex stakeholder environments
- Experience working in regulated settings with strong awareness of risk, compliance, and customer trust
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex decisions to both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Customer‑centric mindset with strong commercial and operational judgement
