The Health Programs Team, which includes Bupa Telehealth, is part of Bupa’s Healthcare Programs and Claims innovation team and is responsible for the delivery and expansion of alternative models of healthcare delivery that supports value-based healthcare. The goal is to improve the health outcomes and experience of Bupa members, while also supporting customer choice and access to affordable, timely healthcare in the right setting. 

The purpose of the Capability and Development Analyst is to ensure our Bupa Telehealth team have the skills and resources needed to perform their role effectively and are doing so in accordance with our quality frameworks. This role spans clinical training, coaching, mentoring, knowledge base content, and templated content we send to customers. 

As the Capability and Development Analyst you will report to the Quality and Development Manager, and work closely with them to identify, develop and deliver training and continuously improve our knowledge content.
